Authentic Leadership Action Tools for Leading and Collaborating at Your Agency
The spirit of Minnesota NAHRO member agencies is the energy and engagement of the stakeholders involved in creating housing and community development to promote strong, viable communities for all Minnesotans, particularly those with low and moderate incomes. Unfortunately, we too often focus on the easy, urgent and the squeaky and miss the mission critical – high impact actions that move projects, organizations and our communities forward. Walk away with tools that will assist you to lead your organization and build strong collaborations that fulfill the promises you make to your stakeholders.
